I had the pleasure of e-meeting Hannah through our work with the Female Quotient and have been inspired by this entrepreneur since day one! As the creator of the Dream Achieve workbook Hannah has inspired so many of us to take control of our lives and to keep it organized!

Tell us a little bit about yourself and your work?
I am a 21-year-old college student studying Entreprenuership at Belmont University! I started my first YouTube channel at age 10 and have been uploading ever since. I now create weekly lifestyle, college, and entreprenuership related videos on my channel Hannah Ashton. Two years ago, I created my first product: The Dream Achieve Workbook which is a 6-month undated goal setting planner. I love being able to create content and products to inspire young women to chase after their dreams no matter their age!

What is your biggest passion in life and how do you incorporate this into your work?
Helping young ladies realize their full potential and love their life! I got into self-development young and absolutely love the life I was able to create for myself starting in high school. I show how it's possible through my content and give women the tools to set goals, prioritize self-care, and achieve their dreams through my business.

How do you take care of your mental and physical health?
I really try to have a consistent workout schedule (working out 4-5x a week and moving my body even just a little every day). I also strive to have a well balanced diet. For me this means eating pretty healthy meals throughout my work week but making sure I am enjoying all the "fun" foods in life too! I am notorious for splurging on icecream multiple times a weekend in the summer. I find that eating healthy makes me feel good physically but enjoying all my favorite foods makes me feel good mentally! I also try to have time off my phone every day. I love just hanging with friends, my boyfriend, or family and reminding myself there is more to life than work and social media!

How do you keep yourself organized as a person who wears many hats in their life?
Of course, I use my planner! I like to write everything I have to do each day down on my to-do list then I time-block my day to make sure I can get enough done while also making time for self-care and rest.

What are some things you think are important for people in their early twenty's to learn?
I think everyone is always striving to find work-life balance but it is so important! I know learning to unplug and avoid burnout is super important for me and my Gen Z friends. We are so used to always being "on" and having everything at our fingertips that I think it is important for our generation to learn to unplug and slow down too!

What do you define success and prosperity as in your life?
I want to of course be content and fulfilled in my work and in my relationships. I also view success as having a positive effect on the world around me and I want to do that through continuing to uplift and help young women achieve their dreams!

If you were given three things to make you happy for the rest of your life what would they be?
My Bible, a camera, and coffee!

How would you rank the following three: family, career, love life?
Ah this is SUCH a hard question! I am in a serious relationship right now but before my relationship, love life was definitely at the bottom. Since I am in my early 20's and I know that now is my best time to focus on my career, I would rank it career, then family and love life tied for second.

What characteristics/traits do you pride yourself the most for having?
Hard-working, thoughtful, and positive!
