 Mastering Progress is my passion project. I created this platform as a positive outlet for the many experiences from my past and present! I also wanted to make a difference in the world and try to help others who might be going through the same situations I have. Mastering Progress is all about sharing and creating a community in which readers and contributors feel safe and heard!

Moraya Ugwu

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Moraya Ugwu is a young entrepreneur and aspiring real estate mogul. She created Mastering Progress as a way to heal and help others and hopes to grow it into so much more. She is a huge advocate for gender and racial equality in the workplace and beyond. 


When she is not working you can find Moraya in the gym or in the kitchen trying out new recipes. She also loves to paint and finding new places to eat in her current city of Boston.
