Simple Chicken Salad

Chicken Salad is a good lunch idea all year around but there is just somethign about the summer that makes me crave them even more! Here I share with you my quick and easy chicken salad and how to make the best chicken you have had in your life!
What You need:
- chicken breast (however much you want to cook)
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Grey Poupon Mustard
- Mayo
- Celery
- Salt
- olive oil
- minced garlic (its ok to buy it pre minced)
How to Do it:
- Chop your celery into little bite size pieces or keep them as big as you like. We always love a fresh crunch during the summer.
- Season your chicken heavily with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Every inch of it should be covered, do not be shy.
- In a saucepan drizzle the olive oil and let it cook for a few minutes or until it begins to pop a little bit and add your minced garlic.
- Once everything is pooping add your seasoned chicken to the pan. Cook on both sides until they are a golden brown.
- Once the chicken is cooked through place on a paper towel and let it cool and drain all the extra oil out.
- Once the chicken is cool place the pieces into a bowl and use two forks to shred it up into little pieces.
- Add your celery, mayo, grey poupon some salt and pepper and wala you are all done!
Tips:
- add pickle juice to the last step. That is it just add pickle juice and you will thank me later.
