French Toast

Here is an easy and quick recipe for the perfect centerpiece for your Sunday brunch. You can make this with any bread but I prefer a brioche or a challah for the best results.
What you need:
- 1 loaf of challah or bread of your choosing
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/4 cup of milk of your choosing
- 2 large eggs
How you need to do it:
- Mix all of your wet ingredients in a bowl.
- Slice your loaf of bread into slightly thick pieces.
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Dip bread into your wet mixture on both sides then place into your hot pan of butter.
- Cook on both sides until they are golden brown.
- Serve with whip cream, syrup and fresh fruits.
