Over the quarantine I connected with Daysha the creator of Incognito the podcast and was lucky enough to be a guest! She launched season three of the podcast a few weeks ago and here is her story.
Tell us a little bit about yourself and your work?
I like to identify myself as a ocean child, I love learning, expanding and growing. I just like moving within a flow recently and I fucking love it.
What is your biggest passion in life and how do you incorporate this into your work?
I don't ! I love writing and my dream is to be a author but I'm really trying to get back in touch with it.
How do you take care of your mental and physical health?
I prioritize the things that grounds me. Finding time to read, making sure my body gets some kind of movement or flow. Cooking! I love cooking.
How do you keep yourself organized as a person who wears many hats in their life?
I write things down and I create goals for myself, If I have a big task I space it out in sections and tackle each section separately. That's how my brain makes sense of things.
The best gift you could give yourself is to heal you body and do your shadow work. See the light in yourself and the world will see it to. I'm only 24 and I'm still learning!
What do you define success and prosperity as in your life?
I'm still figuring it out..... my life is in a pretty interesting transition right now but I like the flow of things and where I'm currently at.
If you were given three things to make you happy for the rest of your life what would they be?
Three things.... hmmm. A garden, books and a small home that gives me a view worth waking up for!
What legacy do you want to leave behind?
That I was free flowing, passionate and kind. Most importantly that I walked light on such a hard world.
What is your greatest accomplishment to date?
Taking the time to heal my inner child, taking back control of my mind and body.
